What each one answers, how old our copy is, and what we have and have not confirmed about the licence.
Where a licence has not been confirmed by reading the source's own terms, the table says unverified and gives the date it was last checked. An unverified licence written as a blank cell, or left out of the table, is the failure this network argues against.
Two of the sources below are snapshotted locally. Storing a copy is a different act from querying live and the two can be licensed differently, so caching is answered for every row rather than left open.
